WSC meeting - Wednesday 23 May

    By admin | May 27, 2006

Only two meetings left now until the end of another speaking year at Wimbledon Speakers Club. This week[base ']s meeting was wonderfully entertaining, with back-to-back topics sessions, and a chance for all to speak at least once in the evening.

With the formality of the AGM over, Suzanne chaired an excellent session, basing her topics on letters of the alphabet. Animals, Jewels, Magazines & Unicorns were just a few examples of the most challenging subjects. There were some excellent performances, particularly from new guest, Barbara, and also Chrissie and Rosa [^] back for their second meeting. We look forward to welcoming them again.

Final meetings : Weds 14 June & Weds 28 June

WSC End of Year Dinner : Fri 7 July at The Wayfairer Hotel
